Go on a romantic island getaway.
365 pristine blue water beaches – Yes! One for every day of the year, this is what awaits you at a romantic getaway at Antigua & Barbuda. Just a quick 4-hour flight from John F Kennedy Airport (JFK), New York takes you to this island paradise. The weather from mid-December to mid-April is absolutely perfect! It is warm without any humidity. This former British colony is a relatively new independent country of its own in the West Indies. From the moment you land, you feel a sense of seclusion and tranquility. While teeming with beaches, Antigua has a wonderful array of activities that couples can take part in while getting to know the locals and the culture through its mouth-watering curries and architecture. Antigua has accommodation options ranging from all-inclusive hotels, over water villas to secluded pool villas where you cook your own meals or have a private chef prepare them for you. We couldn’t think of a better place for a honeymoon for those who do not want to fly far and want to enjoy a beach paradise without the crowds. We wanted to enjoy a 7-day baby free romantic getaway and after going through a few options we picked Antigua and we could not be happier with our decision. After a week of fun in the sun, our hearts and tummies are full with delicious memories. I am so happy to be finally sharing our itinerary with you.
